Who this agreement is between

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set the rules for accessing peptidexpo.com and any subdomain or successor site that PeptideXpo ("PeptideXpo", "we", "our", "us") runs. Using the Site means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy; if you don't accept them, don't use the Site.

If you are here on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it, and "you" in these Terms means both you personally and that organization.

This is a trade desk, not a consumer storefront

The PeptideXpo catalog exists for qualified business buyers only — for example:

• Licensed compounding pharmacies and 503A / 503B facilities
• Research institutions, universities, and contract research organizations (CROs)
• Pharmaceutical and biotech companies in R&D, formulation, or contract manufacturing
• Cosmetic and medical-aesthetic brands sourcing peptide ingredients to formulate
• Distributors and resellers operating under their own licenses

By using the Site you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18, (b) you are acting in a commercial or research capacity for one of the categories above, and (c) you hold every license, permit, and authorization your jurisdiction requires to receive, handle, and use the products you ask about.

We do not sell for personal use, and the Site is not directed to consumers or patients.

What's informational here, and what actually binds us

We work to keep specifications, CAS numbers, regulatory notes, lead times, and supporting documents accurate, but everything on the Site is general information and can change without notice.

The commercial terms that bind us — price, minimum order quantity, lead time, payment terms, packaging, labeling, and any regulatory representation — are fixed only in a written quotation and the matching purchase agreement or invoice. For a given shipment, the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the authoritative record of identity, purity, and quality.

We may correct errors or omissions on the Site — including pricing and product details — even after you've sent an inquiry, and we may refuse or cancel orders placed on the strength of wrong information.

Research use, and the compliance burden you carry

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, everything listed here is supplied "for research and commercial use in compliance with the buyer's local regulations." Some peptides on the Site are under active regulatory review (FDA Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee proceedings, EMA scientific advice, national post-market surveillance, and the like).

You alone are responsible for:

• Confirming the products are lawful to import, possess, handle, and use where you are
• Holding every required license and registration (DEA, controlled-substance permits where relevant, drug-establishment registrations, manufacturer authorizations, marketing authorizations)
• Meeting the export-control rules of the People's Republic of China and any sanctions regime (UN, EU, OFAC, UK) that applies
• Doing your own due diligence on the suitability, safety, and efficacy of any product for your downstream use
• Securing any regulatory approval needed before putting finished goods made from our products into a regulated market

At our sole discretion we may decline orders we believe conflict with applicable regulations, sanctions, export controls, or our internal compliance policies, and we may require extra documentation (licenses, end-use certificates) before we process one.

No advice, and no warranty of fitness

Everything on the Site — blog posts, sourcing guides, comparison articles, product descriptions — is informational only. None of it is medical, clinical, pharmacological, legal, tax, or regulatory advice, and nothing here recommends that any product is safe, effective, or appropriate for a given use.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or trade usage. Product is supplied strictly as its Certificate of Analysis specifies, and verifying suitability before downstream use is on you.

Our content, your submissions, and acceptable use

Everything on peptidexpo.com — text, graphics, photography, video, logos, the PeptideXpo brand mark, design, source code, downloadable PDFs, and the product compilations themselves — belongs to PeptideXpo or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law of the People's Republic of China and international treaties. You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view it for your own internal business evaluation. You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any part of the Site without prior written permission
• Use any data, description, or image here to build a competing product catalog or comparison database
• Scrape, mine, or systematically extract content by automated means
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Reverse engineer or try to extract the source code of any underlying software (other than what we publish as open source)
• Misrepresent your identity, organization, or buyer eligibility; probe or test Site security without written permission; disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks; harass or harm others; transmit malware, spam, or bulk messaging; or frame, mirror, or embed substantial parts of the Site elsewhere without consent

When you send an inquiry or any other message through the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, store, and process it solely to respond to you, fulfill any resulting order, keep our ordinary business records, and comply with the law. You confirm what you send is accurate and yours to share. Don't send anything you treat as confidential except under a mutually executed NDA — for confidential custom-synthesis requests, reach out first so we can put one in place.

Third-party trademarks mentioned on the Site — including FDA-approved drug names such as Mounjaro, Ozempic, and Wegovy — belong to their owners and are used only to identify the active pharmaceutical ingredient; their mention implies no endorsement or affiliation. Links we provide to outside sites (PubChem, DrugBank, regulatory authorities, social media) are a convenience only; we don't control or endorse them, and your use of them is at your own risk under their terms.

The protections that cap our exposure

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR CURRENT. Where a jurisdiction bars disclaiming implied warranties, the disclaimers apply only as far as the law permits.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEPTIDEXPO, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST GOODWILL, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE IT, OR (B) USD 100. These limits don't apply to damage from our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to obligations that can't be limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PeptideXpo and its affiliates against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or regulation, (c) your downstream use of any product, including resale, formulation, or administration, or (d) any misrepresentation of your buyer eligibility.

Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control — natural disasters; government acts; war, terrorism, or civil disturbance; epidemic or pandemic; cyber attack; utility failure; customs holds, embargoes, sanctions, or other trade-control actions; carrier delays; raw-material shortages; or labor disputes. Affected obligations are suspended while the event lasts.

Governing law and how disputes get resolved

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site goes to binding arbitration before the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) in Shanghai, in English, before a single arbitrator. The award is final and binding, and judgment on it may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Even so, either party may ask any court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive or equitable relief to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

For a signed commercial agreement (master supply, OEM, custom synthesis), the dispute-resolution clauses in that agreement override this section wherever they conflict.

Suspension, survival, and the whole picture

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including a suspected breach of these Terms or the law. Sections meant to outlast the relationship (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law) survive termination.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Cookies Policy, and any signed commercial agreement between us, are the entire agreement about the Site and supersede earlier communications.

Changes, and how to reach us

We may revise these Terms; the revised version takes effect on the Effective Date posted at the top of this page, and continued use after that date is acceptance. For material changes we'll give reasonable advance notice on the Site.
