Beauty / repair multi-peptide blend (commonly GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500)
Overview
GLOW Blend is a multi-peptide pre-blended product combining three mechanistically distinct peptide actives: GHK-Cu (the copper-binding cosmetic tripeptide), BPC-157 (the repair-signaling pentadecapeptide), and TB-500 (the actin-binding Thymosin β4 fragment). The combination targets the intersection of cosmetic and repair biology, GHK-Cu provides dermal and follicular signaling through copper-peptide pathways, while the BPC-157 + TB-500 combination contributes the tissue-repair signaling profile from the standard Wolverine-blend chemistry. The three-component formulation is most commonly used in med-spa and distributor workflows where a single blended product simplifies the protocol versus managing three separate peptide inventories. PeptideXpo supplies GLOW Blend as a co-lyophilized 70 mg vial with each component at ≥99.0% HPLC purity. Standard ratios are configurable per OEM specification, typical formulations weight the GHK-Cu component more heavily than the repair peptides because GHK-Cu's cosmetic-tissue use levels are higher than the BPC/TB-500 research dose ranges. The release packet certifies each of the three component purities individually plus the actual ratios in the released vial. As with all copper-peptide-containing products, the visible blue color of the lyophilizate is the diagnostic check for intact Cu(II) coordination on GHK-Cu, a colorless or pale cake indicates copper dissociation.
Who buys this, and why
Custom-blend buyers are almost always OEM clients building a branded product around a specific ratio of two or more peptides. The development workflow is collaborative: ratio target, analytical method to verify it, stability protocol in the chosen carrier, and packaging selection are all defined in the OEM brief before the first commercial run. Sample-stage volumes are usually 5-10 g of finished blend; commercial MOQ depends on the components.
Primary buyer fit: medical aesthetic clinics and med spas and regional distributors and re-sellers.

Regulatory note
Sold as a multi-peptide active for research and for OEM-formulated finished products under the receiving brand's regulatory framework. Blend composition, finished-product safety, labeling claims, and notification responsibilities remain with the brand owner. Component-level analytical data is supplied for every batch.
Frequently asked questions
The three peptides target complementary aspects of dermal and tissue biology. GHK-Cu provides cosmetic dermal signaling through copper-peptide pathways (collagen synthesis, anti-aging effects); BPC-157 contributes nitric-oxide-pathway and growth-factor-receptor cross-talk relevant to vascular and tissue-repair signaling; TB-500 contributes actin-binding-driven cellular migration relevant to tissue remodeling. The combined formulation targets the intersection of cosmetic and repair biology, which is most relevant to med-spa and aesthetic-medicine contexts where both anti-aging and repair signaling matter. The standard 70 mg fill matches typical med-spa preparation volumes.
The visible blue color of the GLOW Blend lyophilized cake comes from the GHK-Cu copper coordination, intact Cu(II)-peptide complex absorbs at the d-d electronic transition wavelengths that produce the blue color. A colorless or pale cake indicates copper dissociation on the GHK-Cu component, even if the BPC-157 and TB-500 components are intact. The blue color check is therefore the operational QC indicator at receipt and during use; buyers should verify that the lyophilizate is uniformly blue and that the reconstituted solution retains visible color before use.
